According to the Clinton Economic Development Corporation, the economic development arm of City of Clinton, a second Clinton Spec Building is underway in Clinton 26 Commerce Park.
The 60,000 Sq. Ft. building will be available in April, 2019, and located on a site which is located 0.1 miles from Exit 54 on I-26. The site is a 10 acre site with a 100,000 Sq. Ft. pre-compacted building pad in place. The building will be capable of expansion up to a total of 180,000 Sq. Ft.
Clinton 26 Commerce Park is a South Carolina Certified Site and is a Class A Industrial Park. The park is a partnership between Pacolet Milliken, the Laurens County Development Corporation and the City of Clinton. The park is centrally located between Greenville/Spartanburg and Columbia and is one mile from I-385.
