Main Street Clinton is an active and vital part of our downtown community life.
The City of Clinton has currently undertaking a major downtown revitalization project to make our downtown area more user-friendly and beautiful for visitors and residents alike.
Improvements include new sidewalks and curb work, trees and other plantings, and improved parking within the downtown area.
Plans are also underway for renovating the Clinton National Bank Building, which was recently acquired by a private developer.
This project will convert the building back to its original design creating three retail areas on the ground floor and three apartments upstairs.
Throughout the year the city of Clinton hosts events like Rhythm on the Rails for all ages to enjoy. Visit Main Street Clinton online.
Presbyterian College provides a variety of lectures, plays, films, art shows, and concerts from September through April, many available at no charge to the community.
